After being diagnosed with breast cancer, Dana Floyd learned first-hand all of the physical and emotional challenges that come with the diagnosis. The emotional tidal wave that hit after she finished her treatments gave her the vision to launch PINK Retreats. With 8 years in event planning and 14 years of non-profit experience at the National Christian Foundation, Dana is delighted to use her God-given skills and personal experience to help PINK sisters walking the same path. Dana lives in Cumming, GA.

Bruce Neurohr
President/CEO and Board Member
Over the past four decades, Bruce has enjoyed leading, serving, and founding a number of successful companies and ministry
endeavors. His first company, TEA Group, was twice named to the "America's 500 Fastest Growing Companies"
by Inc. magazine. After selling the company, Bruce was privileged to work alongside Dana for six years at the National
Christian Foundation where he led their Atlanta office. As someone who has walked with Dana through her cancer journey,
Bruce was one of the first to support her vision, and is committed to using his extensive nonprofit experience and business
leadership to ensure that Pink Retreats succeed. Bruce and his wife, Cinda, live in Atlanta, GA.

Pamela Pugh
Board Member
Pam Pugh envisions a world where people are living joyful, generous lives giving their talent and treasure with purpose and intentionality. That’s why she was so excited to help her long-time friend, Dana Floyd, follow her purpose in launching PINK Retreats. As a current executive of an international software company focused on global philanthropy, co-founder of the non-profit, Women Doing Well, founding board member of VertuAssets Foundation, and former executive at the National Christian Foundation, Pam brings over two decades of experience in philanthropy to PINK Retreats. She and her family live in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jill Howgate
Board Member
Jill is a mental health counselor and director of Grow Counseling based in Alpharetta, GA. She has a wealth of experience working with clients who struggle with feelings of isolation stemming from a life-changing medical condition. Working with clients who are navigating these challenges has fueled Jill's enthusiasm for PINK Retreat's vision to provide support for women whose lives have been indelibly affected by breast cancer. Jill's goal for each of her clients is to help them express the best of themselves in every aspect of their lives, and it is a sentiment she sees clearly reflected in the heart of PINK Retreats. Jill lives in Alpharetta, GA.
